• Credit-based usage system with one-time payments
• High-quality 1024×1024 resolution output

To use Gemini Image AI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use Gemini Image AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Create images that violate intellectual property rights
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Create misleading deepfakes or non-consensual intimate images
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing

Gemini Image AI operates on a credit-based system with one-time payments:

• Each image generation costs 10 credits
• Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Generated Images

You retain ownership of images you generate through Gemini Image AI, subject to these terms. All generated images include SynthID watermarks for authenticity verification.

Platform Content

The Gemini Image AI platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

All images generated through our platform include Google's SynthID invisible watermark. This watermark:

• Identifies the content as AI-generated
• Does not affect image quality or usability
• Cannot be removed or circumvented
• Helps maintain transparency in AI-generated content

Your use of Gemini Image AI is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated images and prompts may be used to improve our AI models and services, but personal information will not be shared without your consent.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
